With over two decades of experience in social work and mental health services, I bring both clinical expertise and compassionate care to my work with adult individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, PTSD, stress, and life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from California State University, Sacramento and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California (LCSW #75741).
My professional background includes extensive experience in both private practice and public child welfare systems. Since 2017, I have worked as a clinician in private practice, providing individual and group therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. My work focuses on helping clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful cognitive and emotional shifts.
In addition to private practice, I have served in leadership roles within Napa and Solano County Child Welfare Services, where I managed multidisciplinary teams working with medically fragile, abused, and neglected children and families. This experience has strengthened my expertise in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, family systems, and advocacy.
I have completed advanced training in trauma, child abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse, aging and long-term care, human sexuality, and California law and ethics. I also completed the Executive Development Program through University of California, Berkeley Extension.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, insight, and empowerment. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel safe to process their experiences, build resilience, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

Individual counseling services are designed to help you overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals. Individual counseling can focus on anxiety, depression, and/or trauma.
Couples counseling services can help you and your partner improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build a stronger relationship. Whether you are facing challenges related to intimacy, trust, or other issues, the work we will accomplish together will help you work through them and achieve greater satisfaction in your relationship.
Life coaching services can help you achieve your personal and professional goals. I provide guidance, support, and motivation to help you identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve success in all areas of your life.
Grief counseling services can help you cope with the loss of a loved one. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings of grief, gain insights into your behavior, and develop strategies to manage your grief and move forward.
All sessions are offered virtually via secure telehealth. I work with young adults, adults, and couples, providing a supportive and collaborative space for healing and growth.

No insurance accepted. Invoices are available for HSA reimbursement. Forms of payment accepted: major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App.
